Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and the details of the product you’d like to return.
How to request a return
- Email our team with your order number, item SKU, and a brief reason for return.
- If the item is faulty/damaged, include clear photos of the issue and packaging.
- We’ll review and reply with next steps and any return labels if applicable.
Eligibility & conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition (including packaging) unless faulty.
- Unauthorised returns may be refused—please contact us first.
- Change-of-mind returns are assessed case-by-case and may attract a restocking fee.
Shipping
We ship to all states across Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, order size/weight, and the service selected.
Dispatch
- If an item is in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days.
- Orders ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Carriers & tracking
- We use a mix of carriers (e.g. Australia Post, linehaul partners, and couriers) depending on your location and order size.
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking—check your Spam folder if you don’t see it within 3 days.
Weights & calculations
Shipping estimates and options are shown at checkout. For certain items, shipping is weight-based; carrier policies may round weights up to the next full kilogram.
